Terms of service

Effective October 16, 2026. PocketStash is provided by Sunbeam Studios LLC. These terms describe permitted use of our early-access service. Questions: contact@sunbeamla.com.

What the service provides

PocketStash helps you retrieve and download supported public Instagram media. A signed-in account can unlock one free post, including every supported item in a carousel. A successful retrieval unlocks that post; failed retrievals do not consume the trial. Retries may reuse the same result while its files remain available. Public posts, media quality, and download availability depend on Instagram and service providers and are not guaranteed.

Your permissions and responsibilities

Only download content you own or have permission to save. Public availability does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reuse, repost, or distribute content. You remain responsible for your intended use and applicable rights and platform rules. PocketStash does not grant a license to third-party content.

Do not attempt to access private content, bypass security or download restrictions, misuse another person’s account, automate bulk abuse, evade trial limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive use or pause downloads to protect availability and control costs.

Accounts and service limits

Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT; no Instagram password is requested. The free allowance is per signed-in account. Size limits and temporary capacity limits may apply. Current limits include up to 20 items per post, 250 MB per file, and 500 MB per ZIP. We may change the early-access service or its availability.

Payments

Paid enrollment is not currently open. The planned introductory membership price is US $9.99 for the first 12 months. We will disclose the actual allowance, full billing terms, any renewal price, applicable taxes, and cancellation and refund terms before accepting payment. No paid subscription or automatic renewal is created by using the current free trial.

Help and concerns
